Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. What this is
SignalCrawler ("the service") reads public discussions on forums and community sites and uses AI to identify people who may want to hire someone or buy something, and recurring problems worth building for. It is operated by Deploy Inc. ("we", "us").
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly offer the service to anyone below that age.
3. Credits and payment
The service is paid for with credits. One scan costs one credit, regardless of how many sources it searches. A scan that finds nothing is refunded automatically.
Credits are currently purchased only with USDT over the TRC-20 network, sent directly to our wallet. A purchase is not automatic: you submit the transaction ID and a screenshot, and we confirm it by hand before crediting your account. This can take time, and we may decline a purchase we cannot verify — for example, a wrong network, a mismatched amount, or a transaction we cannot find on-chain.
Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed. Double-check the network and address before sending. Credits already granted for a confirmed purchase are not refundable in cash; unused credits have no cash value and are not redeemable.
4. What the service does not do
The service does not post, message, or act on anyone's behalf. It finds public conversations and, where offered, drafts a reply — publishing anything is always your own decision, made outside this service.
Scores, signal labels, and summaries are produced by an AI model reading public text. They are estimates, not facts, and can be wrong — a high score does not mean a person will actually hire anyone, and a "signal" does not guarantee a real market opportunity. Use your own judgment before acting on them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Contact, harass, or target an individual identified through the service in a way that violates the rules of the site they posted on;
- Resell, republish, or bulk-export data from the service as a competing product;
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit checks, or access controls, or interfere with the service's operation;
- Use the service for anything unlawful where you are located.
Some sources restrict commercial use of their content in ways that affect this service directly — for example, Reddit access is disabled by default until we hold the appropriate commercial access. We follow the terms of the sites we read; you agree not to ask us to work around them.
6. Data retention
Raw content collected from a scan (post text, snippets) is kept for 48 hours and then deleted automatically — it exists only long enough for you to review the results of that scan. Aggregated findings we derive ourselves — a signal's name, score, mention count, and links back to the original posts — are kept longer, since they are our own output, not a copy of someone else's text.
7. No warranty, limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions made on the basis of a scan or a signal.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION].
